At Dunn-Edwards Paints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original condition, and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that custom-tinted paint colors are non-returnable.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or visit any Dunn-Edwards store location.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging. If shipping, attach the provided return label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
